A computer and technology professional, I was first exposed to programming at the age of six on my family’s Atari 800. It wasn’t long before the computer was taking up a majority of my free time and I was exploring things far outside of the experience of those around me.

I have over five years of experience in a variety of technical and software related roles. My last position was as a Software Engineer for Ticket Technology, a role which held a variety of responsibilities. These included providing second tier support for the sales and customer service staff, resolving issues with the solution and managing a data importer project.

My success as a software engineer comes from my analytical abilities, an intuitive insight into the software design process and the ability to communicate my findings and solutions to prospects and clients, presenting the technical in ways which allow them to make the best decisions.

Each position I have held has brought different and interesting challenges, adding to my capacities as a software engineer and generating a more in-depth knowledge for a broad and number of design solutions. I have become adept at explaining complex technical situations and troubleshooting, having worked for, and with help desks to manage client expectations and issues in time-critical situations.

My specialties include excellent and outstanding analytical skills, research abilities, and keen insight into software design.
